What We Love
Escape to your happy place at this modern East Hampton home in the gorgeous waterfront community of Hampton Waters. This location is private yet not far away from the lively Main Street and its world-class boutiques, shops, and restaurants. Some of the must-visit attractions you can find nearby include Longhouse Reserve, East Hampton Main Beach, The Stephen Talkhouse, Parrish Art Museum, Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge, several marinas, Two Mile Hollow Beach, and so much more.

This three-story home away from home is perfect for your next family getaway or group escapade. It has been designed to take advantage of the water views over Three Mile Harbor with an impeccable third-floor main living area with wall-to-wall and floor-to-floor windows and tall ceilings. Spread out comfortably in the beautifully designed living area and plan your next adventures with a view like no other. A wood-burning fireplace is ready to keep you nice and warm during the colder days. An attached rec area can be found next to the fireplace where you can lounge and stream favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, whip up delicious homemade meals and treats for the group. Both the living room and kitchen overlook the harbor, and a wall of glass sliders leads out onto a spacious deck. This is the perfect spot for entertaining with a large outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and plenty of seating areas to take in the sunrises and sunsets. The lower level enjoys a foyer and a bonus room with a large smart TV and a full-size fridge for additional storage. The second level hosts all three bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
