Lovely home in the northwest woods set on 1.2 acres and adjacent to a 6 acre preserve for your family's SUMMER GETAWAY. Walk to the harbor or a short drive to all the beaches. Only 3 miles to town. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably, plus a separate office. In 1 bedroom there is an elliptical, bench with weights. REMODELED kitchen with state of the art appliances. The kitchen, dining room, and great room all with sliding glass doors leading out to the new expansive 2200 sq tf deck. Heated outdoor pool. There is an attached gas line to the Lynx rotisserie BBQ. Sonos system provides music both indoors and out. There are 4 (21 speed) hybrid bikes for your use.

Excellent house!
We are a family of 4 adults, spent a month in this house with friends and we loved it!! We will come back! The outdoors of the house is absolutely nice!! Heated pool, clean, big, and super blue!!, the outdoor furniture with a large umbrella, so easy to move, was very special. Outdoor chairs were also very comfortable. Grilled worked well.
The indoor was very big, with lots of rooms and also very cleaned and spacious. Kitchen has everything we needed for cooking, The dining room table is huge and accommodates lots of people for dinner. TVs are everywhere and the one in the living room is gigantic! We loved watching movies at night! Brad and Laurie were very responsible and always available for anything we needed! it was a pleasure dealing with them! Thank you Brand and Laurie for sharing the house with us, we had one of our best vacations in the Hamptons ever!!, Hope to be back.
