You’re a 5 minute drive to Maidstone Beach/Park or swimming at Louse Point or Barnes Hole and a 10 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and waves at the beat beaches in East Hampton or Amagansett. Walk to get your morning coffee at S & S and then your evening. cocktail at Bostwicks where you will see the most glorious sunsets in the Hamptons! House is fully stocked with beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and beach cruisers for a summer of fun.

We are a family of 5 living in Los Angeles who fell in love with the Springs and this house. The location is amazing - kayaking in Gardiner's Bay and swimming everyday at Barnes Landing

so close to the water and in a very quiet part of the busy Hamptons.

What makes this property unique

A walk to S&S for the perfect cup of coffee in the am to a walk down the street and Bostwicks for the most beautiful sunsets every night! In between, an 8 minute drive into East Hampton, 10 minutes to the ocean beaches of East Hampton and Amagansett, easy access to Sag Harbor, the ferry to Shelter Island or the North Fork and an easy drive to the dunes of Montauk. It's a perfect spot to enjoy quiet days or nights or take a quick trip into town for amazing food and shopping.
