Perfect for family gatherings, Lakefront Luxe boasts five spacious family suites, each with its own private bath, accommodating up to 18 guests. Every corner of this home offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Lake Alpine.

Step into the backyard oasis, where relaxation meets luxury. Jump into the 35-foot saltwater private pool, lounge on the sundeck, soak in the 6-person hot tub, or gather around the firepit area with stone wall seating—a perfect spot for cozy evenings under the stars. The private beach adds an extra touch of serenity to your escape.

The main level features two family suites, each with a king bed and one with a daybed for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the attached full baths with stand-alone soaker tubs, walk-in showers, and double bowl vanities. The sliding glass doors open to the expansive upper deck, inviting you to soak in the mesmerizing views.

The spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room create an ideal space for family bonding. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave furniture - including outside deck, patio, and pool deck - in their original place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is 8 pm to 8 am.
No parties, no large gatherings, no weddings or receptions, no loud music
Wash off before entering the pool after enjoying the lake to maintain water quality. Pool water is tested before and after each rental.

Great house. All the bedrooms are spread out, so it was easy for different family members could spread out. Lots of great activities! The pool, kayaks, fishing, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, golf, hiking, or just going for a walk. Every member of our family had an amazing time. We look forward to our next visit.

Bachelorette Stay

This house was a great place to host a very laid back bachelorette party. Relax by the pool, on the deck, or in the lake. Plenty of room to gather for meal. Beds were very comfy, every one slept great. Property is very quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic group trip!

We had a group of friends and their families stay here together and it was really a wonderful property. The hosts were quick to reply when we had questions and were very helpful. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked, the kayaks, paddle board, pool and indoor games provided hours of entertainment for the kids and adults both. We would love to return again!

The property was beautiful. Children and adults alike enjoyed the pool. It is a huge house. Every room is nicely furnished and over size. Lots of space for a large crowds. View of lake beautiful.

Fantastic Family Home

The house was perfect for our multi-generational trip! There was so much space, seating, and the bedrooms were huge! There was always some place to go to find a quiet place to read. Our family really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & the lake. There are two large seating areas for watching the large wall mounted tv’s. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The double fridge was perfect and the ice maker was a nice surprise!The owners responded quickly to any questions we had about the rental. We would definitely recommend this house for any large group who likes lots of fun activities or just some place to relax & enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.

Something for Every Age

Our group spanned 3 generations and included infants, toddlers, kids, teens and adults. This property had something for everyone! It was built for a family. It had places for the babies to play, games for the bigger kids, a balcony that was completely enclosed making it safe for the littles to explore. We had the best time relaxing, taking in the view and enjoying all the amenities the property offered!

Even better than it looks!

I rented this property with family to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. While the pictures are great, they simply don't do the property justice. The house was beautiful and spacious, and had absolutely everything you could want to have an incredible weekend. The pool, games and play space kept the kids entertained all weekend. The grownups paddled, kayaked, enjoyed the screen porch and sat poolside. The top-notch appliances made cooking and prepping meals a breeze. Stargazing and making smores by the lake at night was a special touch. The owners were highly responsive and proactive to help make our weekend great. Highly recommend!

You HAVE TO stay here when in Innsbrook, MO!!!

While the pictures are nice, the property is even nicer in person. The home was cozy, clean, and considerate of potential needs. All of the rooms were spacious and all came with their own bathroom. The kitchen and all living spaces were amazing and open. The fireplaces on the upper and lower levels were immensely helpful to keep us all nice and warm, but the thermostats on the left and right side of the homes were very responsive to adjustments too. Tanya and Tim were the best hosts and did an amazing job decorating the home and supplying the necessities. My guests and I couldn't stop raving about this house and two of the guests plan to book this awesome house on future occasions. If I could I'd give this house 10 stars.

Wonderful house and view

Overall, the house and location was excellent. We were completely transparent with the host on our plans and got their approval for our event (a rehearsal dinner) and then the host changed their minds a couple months later and said that we couldn’t do the event as planned. They did give us ample time to cancel and find alternative arrangements, but it was still a frustrating situation and with planning our wedding we didn’t really have time to replan our rehearsal dinner location. The check in process for our guests was not good at all. I’m not sure if the host didn’t submit all the names we sent over or if it was on innsbrooks side which caused some further stress that evening. Again, the house and property are beautiful and amazing and we would happily stay there again
