John was great and very communicative. The property is as pictured and the free parking was great! We had a nice time being right on the beach and enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Would recommend and stay again.

Very together place. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location was on the beach and the hot tub was clean and in perfect working order. There is a restaurant on the beach very close to this apt which made it very convenient for morning coffee. I would definitely rent this place again.
