#214 Polynesian Villa

Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn't a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase ... you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

We had a wonderful experience! The property was super cute and had everything we needed. The balcony view was beautiful, and we loved that the beach behind us was surprisingly not crowded compared to the areas in front of the surrounding large hotels. Super easy process and had a great time! We couldn’t get the wifi to work and our service cut out for a bit, but it wasn’t a huge deal. (Free onsite parking aswell!)

This is the cutest little Villa for a small family vacay. The view was so relaxing and mesmerizing at all times of the day! Extremely easy access. Would highly recommend!!!!

The View Was Awesome!! Was in a great location! Our beach was never crowded. Alicia had the place spotless!! Paradise away from home. Everything that we needed in the condo was there for a wonderful stay!! Could not ask for anything more!!!

Place was very nice and clean. We did buy a bigger skillet to use while there. Would be nice if they had a few more large kitchen bowls but the kitchen was stocked well. Love Kerrie and Joe who oversee the whole place. Super people. Location is great. We will be back.

The location was perfect! I did feel deceived by the pictures presented on the site. Most of the furniture was different and not very clean versus what was in the pictures. This unit could be a lot cleaner. The fans were covered in dust and your feet would get black from the floors. Half of the blinds going out to the balcony were missing. Don’t get me wrong, the balcony is a great place to hangout at night and this unit did what we needed. A place to shower and sleep. It just needs a good overall cleaning and maybe some fresh furniture.

Everything was in good condition and the place itself was nice and comfortable. The view of the beach was so pretty and I got to experience seeing some of the jets! We are already planning my daughter birthday here in the next year and hoping to stay here again.

Great little condo right on the water. Clean and good value. Updated and has all that you need. Television in 5e bedroom could not be turned on and there was no response to my email about that, but it was a minor glitch. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great for the money. We loved how quiet it was in December. The unit’s full kitchen and comfortable bed were appreciated. The view is stunning, and it’s conveniently located a stone’s throw from Pier Park. Unit is well maintained. Would love to stay here again if prices remain reasonable.
