Please note that this studio unit is a duplex and has an adjacent studio beside it that may or may not be occupied. The walls are relatively thin between these studios so if you’re a light sleeper or like to listen to music or TV loudly please inquire about other units that may be more suitable
For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.
Please be aware that if you're bringing a pet, there will be an additional fee of $75 for a pet fee. Thank you.
