This is a cute cozy cottage and very well equipped. Note there isn’t a washer /dryer. The unit is walkable to the theater and great restaurants. We highly recommend the Cottage.

Property was clean, well-equipped, quiet and in a great location. Host was responsive and provided little extras - sparkling waters and half & half which was really sweet. The only downside was that the sunlight came into the bedroom in the very early morning making it difficult to sleep in.

Lovely cottage tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage was very clean, spacious, had an outdoor deck, a nice kitchen, and over all was very comfortable.Communication with the host was seamless. I enjoyed staying there very much. A real gem in Ashland. I hope to return the next time that I pass through.

Do not hesitate to book! This lovely home was truly a dream and we did not want to leave. The place was spotless, and was so thoughtfully crafted. Everything in the unit was perfect. We had an amazing time. The hosts are incredibly warm and nice too. This is where I'll be booking for future visits to Ashland. If they have openings, book immediately. You won't be disappointed!

This lovely cottage exceeded our expectations. Beautiful natural light and trees all around and views of local hills. Nice and quiet. All the amenities you could walk. Comfy beds even the sleeper sofa. Easy parking in back. Fun neighborhood to walk and explore. Wonderfully appointed kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. AAA

Great place to stay near downtown Ashland. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts before going out to enjoy a play, shopping and hiking in the area. The king sized bed in the loft was extremely comfortable. It was great to have a bathroom on each floor. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with and the check-in and out process was easy.

An ideal stay! And a friendly, thoughtful host. My adult daughter and I both wished that we could live in a cottage exactly like this one. Charming, well-designed, clean, spacious, filled with light, effective air conditioning w fans kept the cottage cool while the temps in Ashland were mid90s - 100 degrees. Most comfortable sleeper couch ever! The lbedroom in the loft was super comfortable too and had its own half-bath; full bath downstairs. Nice to have parking right in front of the cottage. Great location: off the main streets, but close enough to walk to and around Lithia Park, OSF venues, downtown restaurants, and grocery store. It is a hilly area and some of the streets are steep. Due to the heat, we took our long walks early. On our second day, I did drive to find street parking close to the theaters to avoid an uphill walk after the matinee, in the hottest part of the day. For my next trip to Ashland, I may plan our stay around the availability of this cottage. It was that special.

What a gem of a place! So well-stocked and a comfy vibe throughout! Short walk to the OSF Theatre although a couple quick hills to climb. Beautiful setting. The only thing we wish we had was a small table or even a foldable card table to play some games in the evening. Just a small quibble in an otherwise fantastic place. We would definitely recommend and we would very much look forward to staying here again!

Mark is a chiropractor with a wellness practice a few blocks from our home. We relocated to Ashland in 2009 from Southern California and we greatly appreciate this wonderful small town.
