Our cozy three bed house nestled in a tranquil and safe neighborhood in Joplin is the ideal base for guests who prefer their accommodation to be away from the hustle of the city yet close enough to enjoy the best of city life.

Joplin Family Trip

My husband grew up in Joplin and has a large number of family there. It was so nice to be able to stay in a Vrbo instead of a hotel. We were visiting for his mother's 100th birthday and needed a three bedroom. This home was perfect. There were plenty of towels, washer, dryer, (very necessary with a three-year-old), lots of seating in the common areas, large kitchen and dining room and large bathrooms. The backyard is huge with a deck.

This house had plenty of space and comfort for my family during thanksgiving. There were a few items needed in the kitchen like casserole dishes or sheet pans but other that maybe more towels is all I’d say! Thank you!

Nice Home With Lots of Space

The home is very nice and easy to find, it’s well located near food and other attractions. Large living area and very large kitchen/dining area. Bedrooms also have plenty of space with elegant/tasteful decorations and colors. Looks exactly as the pictures depict.

When we arrived, there was no power to the entire property due to a downed power line. After finally getting VRBO on the phone who got the property manager on the conf call, we were told it just happened. However, the leaves were wilted on the tree and they had a ring camera so should have known it was down before our arrival. Host tried to rebook us at smaller house and Vrbo couldn’t get us into any other houses same day. We ended up staying at a hotel that Vrbo refunded the extra expense for, glad the refund process was smooth at least. But we wanted to stay in a house together and not multiple hotel rooms.
