Our condo is situated in a prime location, just steps away from the serene Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy peaceful water views, breathtaking sunsets from the dock and easy access to the beach.
The condo is designed for comfort! You'll notice the Serena and Lilly Beach vibe as soon as you walk in the door! The living room features a plush pull out sofa and a flat screen smart TV for relaxation. Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and all the cookware you would need. Unwind in the cozy bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, smart TV, ample storage space and walk in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination, complimentary soap, vanity and plenty of fresh towels.
As our guest, you'll have access to a variety of amenities. Take your pick between two sparkling swimming pools to cool off and soak up the Florida sun. Relax and rejuvenate in the hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure or at the office. This was one of the loveliest and cleanest condos we have stayed in at New Smyrna Beach, and we have been coming here for over thirty years. It is close to both pools and the ocean is minutes away. Also very close to many great restaurants. The hosts are readily available for any questions we had. We spent two months here and were very happy.

Great location and property amenities

Bouchelle Island is a great location in NSB. The actual unit was clean and comfortable— great swimming pools and club house — beautiful boardwalk for walking and dolphin watching.

Great location! Loved our stay! Very clean!

Host answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again if this location was available. Restaurants in the area offer lots of options. The pools are nice. They could be warmer but still pleasant.

Nice get a way.

It was clean quiet and well maintained. Very comfortable bed, ample amount of towels. TV’s were good. Nice you can play your music over their soundbar. Lots of closet space, hangers and drawers for a monthly stay. The location is good and the community is well maintained. Loved the boardwalk by the water.

Perfect Little Gem

We just can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable and it was great having a tv in the bedroom as well. The kitchen had new appliances and everything you would need if you wanted to cook. The pool areas are very nice and they have a wonderful grill area. It was a very nice quiet place and we would stay again. Also worth saying is that Jenny was great with communication, she was on top of any questions we had and that is a big plus. We hated to leave ☀️
