Casa Grand is a centrally located triple-decker home packed with outstanding amenities including a new swim spa jacuzzi (it's huge!!) and workout area with an exercise bike and stairmaster! With 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (a bathroom on every floor), this property is spacious, conveniently located (close to everything in Fort Lauderdale including shopping, beach, downtown, restaurants, bars, entertainment district, etc.), modern, and extremely well taken care of. Casa Grand is ideal for both short and longer stays. The kitchen is fully stocked, WiFi is fast, there is lots of comfortable seating and a third-floor lounge with a large private balcony. Additionally, there are TVs in all rooms and by the jacuzzi. Plus, there is an inflatable kayak, a cooler, 4 beach chairs, and a portable beach cabana.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Home is well appointed and equipped for a fun stay that will handle big group or intimate experience.

My overall stay was amazing. This house is just a short distance from Fort Lauderdale beach and downtown. I loved the property it was so spacious, this is a very big house lots of room and outdoor space. Our host was amazing, Gavin was so reliable and informative. Anything I needed she replied so fast and answered every phone call. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious house for family or friends visiting south Florida. The house was very clean at checkin and the request for the futon bed to be set up prior to check in was followed and gave us extra room if needed. Thank you so much to our host that made my birthday in Fort Lauderdale a success!!
