Located minutes from I-35 and the Mopac Expressway you can be anywhere in Austin Metro area in minutes. The domain is less than 10 minutes away as are several hospitals/medical centers and many corporate offices such as Apple, Schwab, Visa and PayPal just to name a few. The airport is 20-30 minutes depending on traffic and downtown Austin can be accessed in as little as 20 minutes. Pets are welcome to use the huge fenced in back yard. Dog door coming!

Great spot, nice accomodations

If your family needs a north Austin spot, this one can't be bettered. Quiet neighborhood close to the Domain, Kathryn Fleisher Park and great hiking and biking spots like Walnut Creek and Balcones Parks.

Good experience

Neighborhood was neat and quiet. Really close to a library & a beautiful park. House was an older home, but it was clean & quiet. Host was extremely helpful & quick to respond to our questions. This was the first rental, so he asked us for advice on what we thought needed to be added or changed. We really appreciated his hospitality.

great stay

We stayed in Mike's house for 10 days April 2024. The home was clean and comfortable and located in a safe residential area about 20 minutes north of downtown Austin and minutes from the Domaine shopping area. There are nearby dining options but you will need a car. The full kitchen was convenient for preparing breakfast every day. Mike was very responsive to our several requests. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore Austin but not stay in the crowded downtown area.

Nice house, toilet broke

House was very clean, well taken care of.Master bedroon/bathroom large and roomy. Night before we checked in owner texted to let us know one toilet not working. Site/owner gave no time to change reservation or compensate for inconvenience
