This place is charming and comfortable. Owner was very quick to respond when I had questions. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyed several morning walks. I would recommend this place.

The house is great! It had everything we needed for the weekend (except trash bags, but that was no biggie), and it was perfect for our group. I would definitely stay again!

Not a bad house by any means. Overall it was sufficently clean and inviting. The neighborhood and outside leave a bit to be desired but it was decently safe. We did find some stuff left over from a previous occupant. All in all, would stay again.

Comfortable home in a good location for my family. Just one thing could be improved and that is the quality of the pillows throughout the bedrooms. They were very soft and not at all supportive. Thank you for an overall pleasant stay. Sheila and Harvey

Some safety concerns

Smoke detectors didn’t work, poor stove ventilation, one of the bunk beds had an improperly secured ladder, possible electrical issues as two of us got shocks from appliances. Minor nuisances is that the yard was unkempt and there was no ice maker or ice trays. AC and fans worked very well, which was much appreciated.

Our family of 5 stayed for four days. It was welcoming, lots of seating (see pic) clean bedrooms and bathrooms, great backyard (see pic). The heating and AC were nice systems. Our concerns: there were no instructions on how to use fans (the fans were set on very high and dangerously close to top of bunk beds). Also, instructions are needed for the dishwasher, TV, and fireplace. We were unsure of which remotes worked for which area. There were no dishwasher pods, drying rack, and linens for the kitchen. When reaching out about pods, was told to hand wash and set aside dishes (no ability to do so because there were no supplies). Starting the dishwasher took time because it required finding and turning on a switch. Outside trash bins were overflowing (see pic), so it was difficult to add our small amount of trash. When I reached out with this concern, I was only given check out instructions. Overall, slow response from owner. Kitchen supplies and usage instructions for electronics (tv, fireplace, dishwasher, fans) in the house is very much needed.

Please note we provide all guest with a full list of instructions and are always happy to answer all inquiries as our guest reach out and communicate, we respond as quickly as possible typically under a hour as was the case during your stay! Please also kindly note we are more than happy to provide extra supplies, when you communicated there was no dish pods we advised there should be extra in the storage closet or under the sink but not to worry as you were leaving the next day and the turnover service would take care of all dishes as a courtesy. Lastly we do provide an extensive, comprehensive list of kitchen supplies, if you ever have trouble locating we recommend reaching out for future stays!

Booked this house for a bachelorette party for my sister. Check in was scheduled for 3pm, I messaged the owner at 2 for the instructions on check in to be told that the cleaners wouldn’t be done until 5:30. We already had planned for the party to meet at the house at 4:30. So we all arrived to find the pile of bedding and towels in the middle of the house, bathrooms not clean. When the cleaners did show up, it was already after 4:30 and all of our guests were there. We had set up the food in the kitchen so the kitchen did not get cleaned. I felt so sad for my sister that her bachelorette party started in a dirty house. Messaged the owner after check out to ask about a discount or partial refund and got no response.

Check-in process was easy. Beds were comfortable, other than the bunk beds. Bunk beds move a lot if someone moves in bed. Everything was clean, but we did notice a lot of bugs. Would stay here again, great location!
