Beautiful one level Mexican style home, recently remodeled.

Ideal for resting and getting to know the port in peace, it is located near self-service stores, shopping centers, supermarkets and Francisco Villa Avenue. Just 5 minutes away from the macroplaza.

Access to public transportation to and from downtown, Malecón or airport is just a few steps away. Ideal for families due to its distribution of indoor and outdoor spaces.

The house is quite cozy and comfortable. The decoration, accompanied by the natural lighting that comes in through its multiple windows, creates a very quiet atmosphere.

It has very good natural ventilation, which is a very important factor in a city like Puerto Vallarta.

It consists of two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, fan and queen size bed.

In the living room you'll find a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and open TV channels.

The accommodation is exclusive for guests. The garage has an electric gate and you have access to the front and rear terrace.

Great spot

The property was great, felt very safe and was well stocked. When we arrived there was dishes in the sink and the beds were not made, if it was cleaned it would’ve been perfect.
