About this property

Beautiful cozy and charming 1 Bedroom

City landscape condo ideal for couples with a cozy living room, a 40" smart TV, Wi-Fi, a private bedroom with a king size bed accessible via an outdoor stairs and two full sized bathrooms. With a common access on main entrance, this private door, two-levels unit is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, ensuite laundry and a large roof top floor patio. Bathroom amenities such as towels and toilet paper are provided 1 bedroom Condo with 2 Full Bathrooms, located in the heart or Puerto Vallarta Hoteleria Zone.
Beach access is only 3 minutes away. Grocery shopping about 5 minutes and many great restaurants at walking distance.
The suite has an open roof top for those beautiful warm night to relax after a long day of exploring.
Condo complex has a heated pool.
2 Great Malls at walking distance, Vallarta Galleria and La Isla. Walmart is about 20 mins walk as well.
The suite has a full kitchen in case you decide to dine in.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
No pets or smoking allowed. Please be respectful to other renters.
Cleaning services are included once a week. For longer stay cleaning will be once every 2 weeks
Electricity is very expensive and will be regulated and paid by the renter for excessive usage.
We encourage turning off the A/C when not in the rooms.
Laundry for personal clothing is the sole responsibility of the renter and not the cleaning staff.

We were provided with all the detailed check-in information prior to leaving for Mexico. Upon arrival in Puerto Vallarta it was a short 10-15 minute cab ride to the condo from the airport. The property was exactly as advertised with a unique, comfortable master bedroom suite, with full washroom, upstairs off the large rooftop deck. A small, complete kitchen is available on the lower level to make and enjoy your own meals, along with another full washroom. A nice pool is located in the gate enclosed courtyard to relax and enjoy the sun. Housekeeping was provided every two weeks during our 6 week stay. Our host, Marty, was extremely accommodating and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. He asked us during our stay if everything was satisfactory and if there was anything from our perspective that could be improved. The location of the condo was near the cruise ship port and a short walk to the main bus route and the beach. A grocery store was very close and a selection of restaurants were within a short walk. A nice size flea market was located up the street at the cruise port. Overall very easy to get around from our location either by bus, taxi or Uber. We highly recommend this property and hope to return at some point in the future.

I want to thank our last guests Greg and Susan for staying with us, a great couple with full of joy and happiness. Very respectful and took care of our place as if it was their own.
