This splendid home away from home enjoys a secluded location only 12 miles from downtown Shaver Lake and within a short driving distance of Shaver Lake, China Peak Mountain Resort, fantastic restaurants, markets, and so much more.

Upon entering this updated home, you will encounter a spacious living area with boho chic decor, cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and plenty of windows flooding the space with natural light. Spread out comfortably on the large sectional and stream favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead you straight to the extensive wrap-around deck, which offers an unbeatable spot for taking in the incredible views of the mountains, city lights, and sunsets every night. This is a great spot for summertime barbecues as well - you will find a convenient grill and an outdoor dining area. There is also a hammock available that would be great for reading favorite novels with magnificent vistas.

Inside, the home's new eat-in kitchen is a chef's dream! Find sleek stainless steel appliances that would make cooking a breeze and a beautiful formal dining area. From here, you can easily access a beautiful sunroom with fantastic vistas and a standing desk, offering an office setup like no other. When it comes to relaxation, this retreat does not miss! This home enjoys a private indoor pool with its own shower for rinsing off. The primary suite is a luxurious getaway all on its own with a two-person tub and a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
