The Space:
This ground-level condominium at Winterplace K106 offers you walk-out access to the top of the A&B Quad Chairlifts. Simply throw on your ski boots, grab your gear, and leave through the backdoor and you're on the trail. This location is ideal because you can quickly ski down to the Sunburst Six Chairlift which offers you summit access and you can skip the slow base lifts.

Entering into the home, you're greeted by an oversized mudroom with bench seating and plenty of hooks and storage for your ski gear. There is also a laundry closet attached to the mudroom for ease of drying your winter wear.

The first bunkroom is located at the entry with two bunk beds: one twin-sized set, and a second set with a queen-sized bottom bunk. This room can sleep up to four guests and has an en-suite bath. The second bunkroom is connected through the en-suite bathroom and has another set of bunk beds with one twin bed and one full-sized bed. Both rooms have closet space and lots of drawers for you to use.

The main living space is super cozy with an efficient kitchen, a lovely dining area, and a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is small but mighty with all new appliances, lots of storage, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining table has seating for six with a view of the slopes in the distance through the large window. Entering the living space, there's lots of comfortable seating with two couches and a large coffee table ready for board games or a charcuterie board. The wood-burning fireplace is prepped for your nightly fires with a wall-mounted flatscreen television hanging above. The backdoor exit to the trails can be accessed through the living room as well with a small patio too.

The primary suite is located off of the living room and features a large king-sized bed and beautiful sliding doors to the back patio and ski trail. This room is spacious, and bright, and has an en-suite bathroom which can also be accessed through the living area. Store your vacation essentials in the large closet or drawers provided.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival.
