This home was perfect for us. The kitchen was beautiful, and the spaces were clean, quaint, and...well...spacious. We relaxed on the front porch a LOT. We plan to stay here the next time we're in the area.
We had such a wonderful stay. Perfect house for our family to celebrate our daughter’s CSU graduation. We had 6 adults and one child. The house was perfectly appointed.
The house was great! Perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Host had good clear instructions. Home had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood. Will stay again is opportunity presents itself.
My friends and I stayed here and it was perfect. The house was spacious and welcoming. The location was an easy walk to local eateries. I would definitely stay here again.
We very much enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed, just like home. Close access to our family. There was plenty of room to have our grandson and new granddaughter over for dinner. It was a very cozy place. We would stay again. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with our coffee.
We loved staying here! The beds are so comfy. The house is exactly as described, historical but updated! We loved how unique it was and the location couldnt be better. We were a family celebrating graduation and it worked so great for us. We would stay again.
It is within walking distance from Central Street with many restaurants. 40 minutes drive from National park. The host is super friendly and supportive.
The hosts were available and very helpful when we needed. The house was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Downtown was very walkable and many things were located nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to stay here again.
Lovely old house. Very nostalgic, well decorated, very comfortable and a great neighborhood. Bring your own foil, ziplock bags, etc. We will definitely be back!!!
Loved this house! Just a short walk from downtown Loveland where there is so much to do. The house was super clean and the bedrooms were great. The upstairs suite was so nice. Parking was great. If you’re going to Loveland or Fort Collins, this is a great place to stay. We were in town for a CSU graduation and this was a great place to stay.
This house is excellent! Beds are comfortable and the host did not skimp on quality linens. Loved the neighborhood. We were able to walk to so many restaurants. We had 4 couples. Plenty of space for us to have conversations and also plenty of private space. We had a fabulous time.
Cute home with room for all 7 of us. Home had everything we needed. Access instructions were easy and check-out simple. One of the days after it snowed, we came home and found sidewalks shoveled. Only complaint was the water sound coming from upstairs heaters were annoying at night but great affordable place for a large family to stay. Thanks

Hi Brandi. Glad you enjoyed your stay! We will make sure to purge the air from the boiler for the next guest. Sometimes that happens when it gets going for the year. Thanks!
Check in was easy, with very clear instructions. Loved the cute decor and the cleanliness of the home. Very comfortable, home away from home, feel. My only complaint was the list of items to complete at checkout, despite paying a hefty cleaning fee, we had to wipe down counters, clean dishes, collect towels, collect trash, and take large trash can to the side of the road for pick up. Wasnt sure which road to put can next to. I hope i guessed correctly. I have had to do these tasks at other rentals but didnt have a cleaning fee.

The house is cute, and the host has a nice, basic set up. I'm giving it 4 stars, because I've been to many, many bnb's, and I experienced some problems with this one (some of which are easily fixed; others not). I had to reach out to the host the night before we were due, as I hadn't heard anything about how to check in. That was a bit stressful. The beds are memory foam, which we didn't find comfortable. The back bedroom has a hole in the wall behind the bed, which causes the room to stay cold in the winter. The house is noisy (strange, loud, running water sounds in the master bedroom; very creaky floors in the other three; and noisy baseboard heaters). There was a kitchen outlet and a burner on the stove that weren't working. Although the check out instructions weren't extensive, they do have the guest do most of the clean up, which means that the 140 cleaning fee seems excessive. And some of the required chores were unusual for a bnb (e.g. take the garbage can out to the street), with consequences of not complying being additional charges.
Very nice older house in Loveland. Very clean, beds were good, everything worked. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There was plenty of room for our group. We would stay there again.
The quaint house in Loveland is a gem. It has a cozy and welcoming feel to it. The layout of the house makes it easy to have our people in it. We loved being in the downtown location and walking through the historic neighborhood was really lots of fun. It is easy to recommend this house for your stay in Loveland.
