We know you will enjoy this beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house... located in a perfect spot, the Olive Branch is 1.5 miles from both campus and the square, allowing quick and easy access to all that Oxford has to offer! We encourage our guests to relax in the cozy den, share a meal in the kitchen, and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch! This neighborhood also boasts a public pool, basketball court, sand volleyball court and is in the process of building pickleball courts.

This beautiful two story home is fully equipped to make your stay in Oxford feel just like you're at your own home!

We encourage our guests to take full advantage of our beautifully stocked kitchen in order to create quality time with each other, surrounded by good food, good drinks, and great company! The open living space allows plenty of room for your group to connect and enjoy y'all's time together.

Laundry? No problems here! We offer full use of the washer and dryer, as well as an iron/ironing board (located in an upstairs closet).

After a long, fun day exploring Oxford/enjoying local events, rest your heads and dream sweet in one of our four lovely bedrooms! The downstairs bedroom boasts a beautiful queen bed, complete with Ole Miss color accents. Head upstairs and choose between three rooms: the cutest twin beds (perfect for kids), an elegant queen bed, or a colorful double! Each of our bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom, complete with fluffy towels and basic toiletries.

You'll notice the paintings scattered throughout the home- these have been lovingly created by the owners' 10 year old daughter, who wants to offer them for sale in order to donate the proceeds to children/people in need! Such a sweet and giving heart!

Guests have access to every room in the home, with the exception of an owners' closet. The neighborhood also offers access to a public pool, sand volleyball court, basketball court within walking distance, and future pickleball court within walking distance.

Neighborhood is located very close to a beautiful, well-lit, well maintained walking trail that leads directly to campus! You can't beat this location!
