Perfect for graduation weekend

Space was perfect for family to stay for graduation weekend. Had fun games, outdoor space and hot tub. Enjoyed the decor and ease of getting around town

Great stay

I believe that there was something left for us in the mailbox….but we left before it arrived….any information about it ? Though we enjoyed the back yard and hot tub…it was not as clean as it could have been, and many cushions were left in the rain.

We had a wonderful time in Eugene celebrating our daughter’s graduation. The house was a big part of that. Very comfortable, cozy and practical back yard, and seamless communication with the host. The only downside was the cost because it was graduation weekend it was 5X normal. I get it. Supply / Demand. We will stay here again.

Thanksgiving

We hosted Thanksgiving in Eugene as my college student couldn't come home. Pros - House was very clean and conveniently located. It was equipped with most basic items. Very lovely and cozy. Cons: The outside could use a raking. We couldn't enjoy the firepot, because of leaves and water build up by the firepit. Although it stated that it sleeps 11, that's not factual. It sleeps 9 comfortably. We had to get air mattresses for the other 2. I was disappointed in the extreme price increase for the holiday, but aside from that enjoyed our stay.
