Conveniently located near all of the amenities downtown Bloomington has to offer: 1mi to IU campus, Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium, less than 2mi to Kirkwood, 3.5mi to IU Health Bloomington Hospital, and 13mi to Lake Monroe. Perfect in Bloomington

My husband and I came to Bloomington to celebrate the coming birth of our first grandchild. This “Fox Den” home is lovely, very well appointed (has everything!), and is in a great location. Easy to get everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions quickly. (It might be helpful to have printed guides how to use thermostats, tv remotes- set up “guest” profiles, local restaurant / farmers market tips, etc.) We hope to stay here again!!!

Perfect for an IU Weekend

This house exceeded expectations! Clean, updated, and plenty of extras. Perfect location to Memorial Stadium and the restaurants and bars on Kirkwood. Very reasonably priced. We will definitely book again.

Birthday Celebration

Terrific location, peaceful, private, great kitchen, very comfy beds! We were looking for a place to just hang out, relax and enjoy ourselves. This place ticked off all our boxes. We had a great time!

Great house- convenient to IU!

The house was exactly as pictured. It's perfectly clean and has good amenities. It was great to have a washing machine to help get our daughter settled back in to IU. The bedding and towels are nice, beds and seating area are comfortable, appliances are updated, dishes are new, seating area outside is nice. There is a little street noise for the front bedroom, but there's a sound machine that works great. The host made communication clear and easy. We would absolutely stay again!

Charming home

We will definitely use this property again! They hit all the marks. Beautifully decorated, they provided everything for bathroom to kitchen and laundry supplies. Very clean and comfortable! Close to campus, quiet location. I can't say enough good things about this property. Great job to the host!

Fox Den was perfect

We needed a place to stay for our immediate end extended family. We planned a tailgate for our rival school against IU. Our son is a Senior. This was the last home game. It was awesome. Evan was an excellent host and very responsive. Such a great remodel and location to a perfect weekend. If you are looking for a place to hang with your family don’t hesitate, this is the spot. We personally would be interested in renting it again for our May 24 graduation of our son.

Great Stay!

We came for almost week for a golf tournament and we were happy to return to the Fox Den and rest everyday. Comfy and convenient, it had everything we needed. I actually even saw a fox!! Was great.
