The house was clean and spacious. Had so many extras that we didn’t even think we would need. It was a short drive to campus which made the visit very enjoyable. I would definitely book again.

We had 3 couples stay at this property and everything was terrific! The home was clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was great with lots of IU touches. The drive from the home to campus was not too far either!

The property was clean and welcoming. There were a number of incidentals that added a nice touch including soap, shampoo, conditioner, sound machines, coffee, and creamer. The decor was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with glassware and dishes. We will definitely come back.

Excellent with a capital E!

We were 3 couples, over 65, coming from surrounding states to meet up for a friends reunion. While this property has a well-supplied kitchen, we chose to eat most meals out and used the owner's book of recommendations for inspiration. We sat around the large kitchen table and caught up over supplied coffee and bagged snacks. The location is great for driving to so many places but also in a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and a picnic shelter. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bath was the clincher to choose Happiness Too for each couple to have their privacy and the beds are so comfortable. It was PERFECT!

So sad we found Hoosier Happiness, Too our son's senior year - we would absolutely book this unit again and again!! It is out near Target but an easy 8-10 minute drive to the center of campus. Home is clean, bright and super roomy. Large 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Plenty of room for our family to relax and hang out together. The hosts were available for any questions I had. Home had everything we needed in it already - from a darling coffee bar (with red and white striped coffee mugs) to ziplock bags. Loved all the IU artwork around the unit. Bedrooms had comfortable beds with soft linens, large closets and luggage stands. Easy parking right in front of unit. Honestly, could not have asked for a better stay! Will definitely share this with my friends who visit Bloomington.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable townhome in an excellent location!

We were in Bloomington to visit family. Dennis and Brittany were very helpful and kind!The townhome was extremely clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated! There was a welcome basket filled with snacks. The kitchen was complete with dishes and towels.It is spacious and has 2 large TVs. The beds were comfortable.We will plan to stay here again when we are visiting Bloomington!

Great Family Space

The space here was so so great for a family, a bathroom for each bedroom and half bath on the main level kept everyone happy. The main level kitchen and living room are close and flow well enough to keep everyone engaged while giving plenty of space for separate activities.The second living room downstairs that flows into the downstairs bedroom is a great quiet area for late night movies without disturbing the rest of the house.We loved this place and it made our trip very enjoyable!

Everything we needed and more!

We came for a long weekend but it was way too short! The accommodations were perfect for four of us to stay here while visiting to watch our daughter get her white coat at IU's School of Optometry. Even better, there was room for her to stay over too after our whirlwind couple of days exploring Bloomington and her school. Plenty of room to gather without falling all over each other. We all appreciated the coffee, snacks, and toiletry extras! If we come back, this is the place to stay!

I'm a semi-retired (OK, mostly retired) former radio station manager and small business owner. I absolutely love Bloomington and Indiana University, to the point that we purchased two townhouses to offer as vacation rentals. Hoosier Happiness and Hoosier Happiness, Too were put together to provide everything one could think of for the best possible experience in a decor that tastefully honors Bloomington and IU. Other than my five grandchildren, there is little that makes me as happy as a five star review from a guest who expresses how much they enjoyed staying in one of our townhouses and states that they will be back (even in a short period of time so far many of them have been back). With what we have spent to prepare and furnish the townhouses they have been far from the best investments we've ever made, but we're loving every minute of hosting our guests in them!

Why they chose this property

Hoosier Happiness, Too provides a well furnished and stocked Bloomington home for relatives coming to visit IU students, alumni returning to town, visiting medical personnel or academics. It is close to campus but located in a quiet peaceful townhouse community. There is ample room and privacy with a full bath in each sleeping area.

What makes this property unique

Hoosier Happiness, Too has three bedroom suites each with an en suite bathroom for convenience and privacy. The two upstairs bedroom has king size beds. The basement is its own suite with a queen size bed, desk, its own living room with a 55" TV, a queen sleeper sofa, full bath and electric fireplace. Its perfect for a couple with 2-3 small children while aunts, uncles, grandparents or other friends sleep upstairs. It is minutes from the mall, the IU campus, downtown Bloomington and Brown County.
