Discover a serene haven in South Florida with a timeless design and captivating vintage atmosphere. The main residence welcomes you with a cozy and inviting living area, featuring a generously-sized, comfortable sofa that conveniently transforms into a bed, a charming loveseat, and a wall-mounted TV.

Adjacent to this space, a formal dining area awaits, adorned with a natural wood dining table and stunning blue dining chairs that add a vibrant touch. Just beside the dining zone, the updated kitchen awaits, showcasing pristine white cabinets and countertops, a stylish tile backsplash, and sleek stainless steel appliances, including a spacious refrigerator, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

The main house boasts a full bathroom accessible from the hallway, complete with a step-in shower. The first bedroom, conveniently located next to the bathroom, features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is just a short walk down the hallway and offers two queen-sized beds.

A frosted glass door off the kitchen leads to a delightful courtyard patio nestled between the main house and the cottage. With stone pavers, an expansive alfresco dining table, a cozy lounge area, and a convenient shade sail, this charming space invites socializing while embracing the refreshing sea breezes.

Next to the patio, a guest cottage awaits, providing a charming and private retreat ideal for older children or couples. Inside, you'll find a studio living area with a pull-out sofa, a queen-sized bed, and an HDTV. The well-appointed kitchenette offers a small-scale electric range, a refrigerator, and a microwave, while the full bathroom boasts a tub/shower combo and a pedestal sink.

Stepping outside again, you'll discover a screened-in luxurious hot tub, destined to become your favorite spot for relaxation after a day spent exploring local shops and restaurants. For beach excursions, a convenient side storage area houses a plethora of beach chairs and accessories, with the added convenience of an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy toes. The backyard storage area also houses a full-size washer and dryer, serving both the main residence and the cottage. Finally, the spacious driveway effortlessly accommodates off-street parking for up to four vehicles.


**Spa Information** Our Spa is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor setting. Since it is located outside, it’s normal for some natural debris like leaves or small foliage to occasionally make its way into the water, especially depending on weather conditions. Please note that small amounts of leaves or debris do not make the pool dirty or unusable — the pool is properly maintained and sanitized with chlorine to ensure it remains clean and safe for swimming. The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability. For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the pool as part of your stay! (there will be no refunds due to debris entering the pool)

Spa, like any piece of technology, can occasionally experience issues. While we do our best to ensure they are functioning properly, we cannot guarantee heating and do not offer refunds for heating issues. If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we appreciate your understanding that, like any technology, malfunctions can happen. Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store.
