Why they chose this property
I love the historic element of this over 100 yr old Plantation Home, the huge, enclosed, front porch, private yard with the lake access right across the street. I enjoy walking to the parks, ball fields and college nearby. I also like the fact that stores, great restaurants an everything you need including the hospital is less than a mile away!
What makes this property unique
The home us unique in every way. As one of my guests said "it is an old Floridian Mansion that has been tastefully updated and decorated." Complete with a tree swing in the huge 100 yr old tree in the fenced front yard across from a lake. It has the biggest yard and private parking area around in a safe neighborhood.
