The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The front door key is located in a lockbox to the right at the top of the MAIN STAIRWAY that faces the street, under the end of the rail. In front of Hi sign.
Check-Out:
After your Check-out return the door key to the same lockbox after locking the door behind you when you leave. It's a single door key, so make sure it's placed back safely in the lockbox.
Water House is currently shut off. To turn it back on, simply open the MAIN valve located next to the house — it’s an easy step.
Turn the water off/on using the red PVC ball valve”
