Luxury 1BR condo on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Clean, sleek contemporary design . Airy kitchen with quartz waterfall countertop and updated appliances. Spacious living room with grey sectional and balcony overlooking the city. Outdoor chairs for relaxation. Desk area for remote working. Opulent bedroom with king-sized bed, scenic views, and walk-in closet. Ensuite bathroom with large shower and double sink vanity. In-unit washer/dryer for convenience. Perfect for a beach or city trip.


The entire unit is for the private use of registered guests. There is shared access to resort-style pool, a gym, sauna, theater room, and large club room with pool table.

Condo requires you to fill out a security form. You must provide them with your ID 48 hours before check in. We will send you the link to fill out.
If this is not filled out, the building will not allow access, and there is nothing we can do, and no refund will be provided.


The building charges $35 a night valet fee to park your car in the garage.

We have stayed in Tiffany House many times. This unit was well equipped, and very clean. We had no problems at all, and loved every minute of our trip. We will definitely be back !

Great condo!

My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tiffany House condo. The location is perfect, the staff & residents are very friendly, it is well maintained and has a much more residential feel than so many other buildings in the area. Valet service was quick. We will come back every year!

Excellent Hosts and Communication

The property is as described and in a convient location to the beach without hotel day fees, etc. Access to the rooftop pool, bar, and food was a favorite place to chill. The views of the canal and yacht traffic were not expected. We will return and stay at this property in the future.

Location location location

This is one of those scenarios where I wish I could give 4.5 stars but I can't, so I'm rounding up!The unit itself is very nice and clean and is pretty much exactly as depicted in the pictures. Aside from the view from the balcony, which was underwhelming, we were very happy with the unit. In addition, you absolutely cannot beat the location. It's literally a 2 block walk to the beach. All Tiffany House members get 2 nice lounge chairs at the beach, free of charge. We opted to pay the extra 30 for an umbrella which was well worth it. There are also lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. While the unit is great, the rest of the property is pretty meh. The gym is small and tight. There are two pools...one is pretty bland/boring and was always empty and the other was small and always packed, which was unfortunate because it had a great view/vibe and a full bar.If I visit Fort Lauderdale in the future, I would consider staying here again for the reasons mentioned earlier.
