This is our second stay at this property. Maryrose is the best host. The condo is beautiful and has the best water views. The property is stocked with most of the items anyone could need. There are lots of towels and pillows and kitchen items. She also has thought of some personal touches like the little snacks. The bathroom is also stocked with some little things you may have forgotten. The location is close to everything and we highly recommend just sitting on the balcony to watch all the boats. It is our happy place and only wish I could stay there forever. We will be back next year for sure.

Absolutely loved staying here! We’ve stayed in other units in this building, but this one was by far our favorite. We loved having our own private deck to enjoy coffee in the mornings and the dock was perfect for relaxing sunny afternoons. You truly can’t beat the location — everything you could need is within walking distance. The owner was top-notch and quick to help with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

This location is great: right on the ICW to watch light boat traffic, great sunrise and sunset views. It is close to many places to eat and drink. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean with all the necessities included. Check-in and check-out was easy. Will stay here again when in Ft Lauderdale!

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and neat with great appointments, very well equipped, and even decorated for Christmas. We stayed for Christmas… which is also my birthday through New Year’s Day. Maryrose was an excellent host, and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely book here again

Fantastic second floor, one bedroom condo with a spacious balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway. Clean, cozy, comfortable unit that was well stocked with everything I needed to cook dinners in the kitchen and even do a load of wash! Excellent location within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication and detailed directions were a big help. I will certainly return the next time I’m in FTL!
