Welcome to Villa Nicole (managed by Seabreeze Villas Delray), located in the heart of Delray Beach, where coastal charm and modern luxury intertwine for an unforgettable vacation experience. Nestled just a leisurely stroll 4 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the vibrant Atlantic Ave, you'll find yourself immersed in the lively energy of local shops, eclectic boutiques, and a diverse array of dining and entertainment.



The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom (1600 sqft) villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and style. The interior boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic, adorned with curated coastal furnishings. Relax in the spacious living area or whip up culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen replete with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities. And when the allure of the beach calls, a mere 4-minute walk will lead you to the white powdery sands of Delray.



Note: Villa Nicole is part of the same building structure as our three other units. Villa Nicole can also be rented with Villa Emma, which sits adjacent and has a secure common area. If this is of any interest, please reach out to me.

* Bathroom #1 (located in bedroom #1): large bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower

* Bathroom #2: large bathroom with walk-in shower





Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen:

* Open floor plan allowing you to easily entertain and share experiences with your family

* Living room includes multiple chairs and a 75" smart TV with a sound system

* Dining room has a table that seats up to 6 individuals

* Kitchen is complete with kitchen wares and has brand new built-in designer appliances

* Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods in the kitchen





Backyard (shared with other villas onsite):

* Chaise lounges to soak up the sun

* Outdoor table seating



Family/Kids Amenities:

* All age board games

* Pack n' Play (includes bassinet), baby gate and kids plates/utensils available on request from the guest



Additional Amenities:

* Washer and dryer are shared with the Villa Emma

* 1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and 4 beach towels

* Fast wifi and parking lot with two available spots



Guest Access:

We will provide a private lock code for our guests to enter the exterior front door, then will provide a private lock code for the guest's interior front door.



Other Things to Note:

The washer and dryer are located in the main hallway and are shared with our other villa (Villa Emma). Pets and Emotional Support Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and the guest must receive approval from the host prior to the reservation. All animals (i.e. pets, emotional support animals, service animals) are not allowed to be left alone in the villa at any time, and the guest is liable for any damage incurred by the animal.
