This apartment is a very quaint and cozy in-law suite and only minutes from EVERYTHING! The suite is the upper floor complete separate parking and entrance. This warm and original 1941 apartment has a new fenced courtyard, bikes, bbq grill, outside sitting and eating area, new large deck and landscape and MUCH more! Brick roads, granite curbs and a quiet and centrally located neighborhood! Check out the new "Sunrunner" only 2 blocks away! Goes from the BEACHES TO DOWNTOWN ALL DAY EVERYDAY!

Fishing with family

Cute, quaint, & cozy. Exactly the amount of space needed for my son, grandson & I to spend some special vacation time together. Nicely located for the areas we planned ahead of time to fish. Backyard is fenced and very much like a sanctuary! Host is very responsive. I will definitely stay here again!
