I booked this house for a girl's trip with my cousin. The house is in a great location. We felt safe especially since this property is behind another house on the property. The house was clean but we did find a few ants in the house. There were plenty of supplies in the house. There were only two things we we not completely satisfied with. The water pressure is horrible. When we would brush our teeth there was very little water that came out of the faucet. It was the same for the shower and kitchen sink. The electronic lock is black and not a typical electric lock so when the sun hits it, it is impossible to see. I would either get another lock or put something around it to block the sun
The property is conveniently located in downtown St Pete. It is easy to go to the parks, restaurants, and other attractions. The appliances in the house are all new and functional. The internet speed is good. The neighborhood is very quiet and we don't have a problem finding street parking.
We only need to complain that the water pressure from the bathroom faucet is very low. We have to use the kitchen faucet to wash our hands. Other than that, we love our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.
The apartment is very obviously newly built or refurbished. Everything is clean and modern. We stayed 2 nights to go to Rays games. The apartment is very near Tropicana field but far enough away not to feel the traffic and crowds attending the game. Area was very quiet but close to restaurants and downtown. We did not visit the beach this trip, but I'm sure it would be easily accessible as well. Parking was a little odd, as no one was quite sure where to park. However, we were able to park in the driveway long enough to unload and load the car. House would be more inviting with some visitor information available - where to go, what to do recommendations i.e. grocery/drug stores, restaurants, attractions. Also a list (reminder) of check out times and procedures. Most of my VRBO (Home Away) experiences include a welcome (guest info) binder with helpful tidbits about the accommodation, property and surrounding area - makes you feel a little bit more at home. I had to work for a few hours - WIFI was very good. We would stay again. We enjoyed St. Pete.
