This new listing is open, clean, and comfortable!! Newly renovated, this home has lots of space and sleeps up to 10! The home is professionally cleaned each time and includes super fast WiFi, off-street parking with a 4 car driveway, a private fenced-in backyard with a large pool and two full bathrooms. There is a relaxing, outdoor patio with lawn chairs and chaise lounges next to the pool. This home is located near many attractions including some of the best beaches in Florida. We'll have some great suggestions for activities if you're interested!

LIVING ROOM: Bright with windows overlooking the pool, a large sofa with a built in speaker, 65 inch Roku Smart HD TV, a desk with a comfortable chair and a large coffee table. Enjoy Netflix or Disney+ totally free!

DINING ROOM: Large & stylish dining room table with a chandelier and enough space for the whole group!

KITCHEN: Breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, counters, cabinets, appliances, fridge/freezer with an ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, 2 compartment sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of utensils/pots/pans for cooking. We have all you need whether you want to cook or order in.

MASTER BEDROOM: Queen-sized bed with great mattress, full master bathroom, spacious closet with hangers and shelf, nightstand with reading lights, and a ceiling light with fan.

BEDROOM 2: Two double beds with a great mattress, spacious closet with hangers, a nightstand with reading lights, and ceiling light with fan. Also has its own chair and desk.

BEDROOM 3: Two double beds with a great mattress, spacious closet with hangers, a nightstand with reading lights, and ceiling light with fan.

MAIN BATHROOM: Shower, large counter space with plenty of drawer space and cabinet space.

MASTER BATHROOM: Shower, cabinet space, and private access from master bedroom.

OUTDOOR PATIO: Outdoor space with sliding door access. Comfortable outdoor seating and an outdoor TV with Roku.

POOL: Large pool with stair access in shallow end and a relaxing seat on the deep end. Lawn chairs with end tables for tanning/relaxing. Solar lights around fence for night.

GAMES: We have a ping pong table, outdoor games, and board games available for you to use as you please.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on weekly so please don’t be alarmed if you see someone outside.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping is also serviced weekly so please don’t be alarmed if you see someone outside.

GARBAGE: Trash pickup comes on Fridays. We provide a trash bin and recycling bin outside the house next to the garage. If you are staying on Thursday evenings, please move the bins to the front of the driveway. If you could bring them back after removal, this would be greatly appreciated.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties are not allowed at any time, neither is hosting events. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise levels down between the hours of 10pm-7am. No loud music.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property.

POOL: There is no lifeguard on duty and we please ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning or bodily harm/personal injuries. All persons under 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult. Adults are advised not to swim alone. No diving is permitted. No glass is allowed in the pool area and no food in the pool.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Security camera is located near the front door for security and safety purposes. This camera is not intended to watch any guests’ stay and will only be reviewed if an issue arrises. Guest privacy is an important concern and will be respected. No cameras are located inside or in the backyard/pool area.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, yard, pool and driveway in a quiet neighborhood. Parking includes the driveway, and street in front of the house.
