Close to everything you need!
Clearwater best beaches 10 to 15 min. If you want something really special stay in this house!
Also you have own extra laundry room with washer and dryer. Huge and HEATED Pool, outside space, fire bit, grill place, jacuzzi tub !3 bedroom. 2 Kingzize bedroom, one full bedroom with bathroom.2,5 bathrooms.
We allow pets on request for a fee and deposit.
BACKYARD IS TOTALLY FENCED!

We enjoyed our stay. The house location was close to most of the locations around Clearwater you could need. The pool was so refreshing and private. The covers patio area was also ideal for the many rain storms that came through. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Our host was always in communication with our request. Would stay again!

The house was clean and the layout was good. The pool was a main feature for us. This house has all the amenities you would need for your stay. If in the area again would definitely rebook. Stores and the beach are close.

The house was located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all of the local beach towns and Tampa. The pool was our favorite place to be when not out and about.

Our daughter attended a week of camp at Clearwater Marine Aquarium and this house was perfect for our stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed having our own pool. The house had everything we needed and the host was easy to contact. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable house with heated pool and fenced in backyard!

This house was perfect for our stay with two dogs in Clearwater. Host is highly responsive and friendly. Would absolutely consider staying here next time we are in Clearwater!!

Plenty of room. Pool was great but not heated which was fine since it was so hot. Lots of notes taped everywhere in the house, but some that should of were not. Intetnet steaming not great. Overall we really enjoyed it. Perfect location.

Great Property!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, roomy, clean home. The location was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-appointed with all of the cookware, utensils, dishes, cups, etc to prepare our meals. The clean, heated pool was wonderful! Communication with Boris was effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Clearwater Getaway

The home was clean and spacious, and the listing pics were accurate. The heated pool was awesome, and had easy access steps that made getting in and out easy. The screened in area out back was great for enjoying a morning coffee. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We would stay here again if we are in the area. The only small negative is that it is on a fairly busy road, and a lot of cars tend to drive well over the 30mph speed limit.

The location of this house is awesome! It was definitely as pictured and even better in person. Boris was a very good host. The only negative was the weather as it was raining a lot but very nice. Heated pool and back porch area. I would definitely recommend this property and will probably use again in the future!

We didn’t stay never sent codes to get in spent hours on the phone trying to rebook another place and VRBO never did give me my up to half back refund. Will definitely be rethinking using VRBO. The house we finally end up with in Clearwater was amazing though. Thanks.
