-This beautifully remodeled home has an open concept living room and kitchen with spacious outdoor areas, deck, patio furniture and a separate detached bonus play/game room. Lots of entertainment for the kids and adults.
-Quiet and safe neighborhood for those who are looking to relax.

-Separate gameroom with arcade, foosball table and 55 inch TV.

-Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you'd need for cooking your own meals. We have a microwave, Ninja blender, toaster, rice cooker, Keurig coffee machine. Cooking oil and 20 jar spice rack.
-The living room has an extra large 70 inch smart TV.

Guest access
Guests can park vehicles in the driveway and sidewalk in tandem. Free parking is also easily available on the street. The property is located a few minutes from San Diego bay and most major retailers like Target, Costco and Walmart are less than 3 miles away.

Noise will be limited after 10:00 no matter what day of the week to respect the neighbors, no smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $300)

The description made me think that playroom was attached. There were a lot of flies and the bathroom had a smell. Overall, it was a nice stay. It served its purpose.

This house was a great choice overall. I gave 4 stars because it was undisclosed how close your "neighbors" are. One of them is on the same lot and jets out into the backyard. This made it feel pretty awkward to be hanging out and having conversations back there. People walking by our car into the side gate caught us off guard. There are also air vents in the windows which I understand the need for, but this made it sound like the windows were open if it wasnt running. If you enjoy a quiet sleep, this isn't really the spot. They did have a lot of extras and ammenities which was wonderful and made for a pleasant stay. The toys and books for the little ones was a very nice touch and overall we were quite comfortable and had everything we needed plus a bit more! I would definitely recommend and rebook in the future.
