Welcome to your own slice of paradise! This magnificent 4-bedroom pool home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and relaxation. As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by an inviting and spacious open concept living area with comfortable furnishings that invite you to kick back and unwind. Venture outside, and you'll discover your private oasis with a screened-in lanai and stunning heated pool area that boasts a spacious patio that is perfect for lounging and dining. You're just a few minute drive from Tarpon Point (Marina, dining and shopping), the Cape Coral beach and many other restaurants, stores and more!

The Space:
3 of the bedrooms have King beds, one bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a second full bed. All of the bedrooms have Tv's. The kitchen is well stocked with all you should need to cook while you are there. A propane grill is available for use outside. The garage is also well stocked with beach chairs, pool toys, coolers a second refrigerator and more for guests to use. The outdoor pool has a solar heater.

Beautiful home with all of the needed supplies for cooking! We had a lovely time! Weather was beautiful and the pool and outside area was so nice to utilize.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely book this home again! The house was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The king beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home was well stocked with just about everything you could need. Whether it was dishes, cookware, batteries, or other everyday supplies, they really thought of everything.The pool was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It stayed crystal clear the entire time we were there and was very well maintained. There were also plenty of pool toys and floats to keep both the kids and adults entertained.The location was excellent. Walmart, grocery stores, and many great restaurants were just a few minutes away. We were also less than 10 minutes from a large park and great fishing spots, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The home was comfortable, well equipped, and exactly what we were hoping for. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The property was ready a little earlier than anticipated, which really helped our family since we arrived earlier. Karra provided us with excellent communication. The property was clean and stocked with everything needed during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool area and all of the pool accessories available for use. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Nice place to have a long weekend

The house was just as pictured and close to anything we needed. The heat of the pool was not very warm but the weather was not warm enough to swim. It was a nice and relaxed neighborhood and home.

Wonderful time in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at Karra’s house. We were there with children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The real hit with the kids was the pool and all the pool toys. Thought the location was perfect. Even saw the burrowing owls in the neighborhood. Thank you so very much for having us.

A lot of bang for your buck

This house was amazing and and got our large party. We had friends nearby and I think we got a lot more than they got for the same price. The owners were very thoughtful and great with communication. I think they went above and beyond with the extras they offer in The house. We would def recommend and stay again!
