Our villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 great bedrooms with two modern bathrooms. The one en suite to the master bedroom and the second next to the other two bedrooms.
The new, spacious kitchen with bar invites you to relax with family and friends with a glass of wine.
The villa has a cozy living room next to an elegant dining room.
From there you get directly to the new built, roofed outdoor area with terrace, pool and sun loungers.
Thanks to the modern Napoleon gas grill a perfect barbecue is guaranteed!

Pool, garden and dock
With 330 sunny days per year, the new-built outdoor area with heated pool and large terrace invites you to relax the whole year.
The screen surrounds the entire outdoor area and protects against insects as well as dirt and leaves.

Furthermore, the outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers, a warm water outdoor shower, a barbecue and many other amenities to make your holiday perfect.

The boat dock with jetty gives the outdoor area its very special charm and allows a comfortable docking right outside the front door.
Directly in front of the dock you can relax under palm trees in lounge furniture and make it yourself comfortable.

Your holiday residence is just20 minutesby car from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) directly on Del Prado Blvd in the Yacht Club Area.

From our villa you can reach the open seas in about 5 Minutes by boat. A few minutes away are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shopping facilities.

Highly recommended are the dreamlike, white beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island. Fort Myers Beach also offers Miami flair with a large beach. With the boat you have the opportunity to reach lonely beach parts at the islands.

Awesome!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the pool/outside area was perfect! We spent many hours relaxing in the beautiful pool. Great overall location to Sanibel/Captiva Island. Close to grocery stores, etc which made meal prep easy. The owner checked in on us and the check in/out process was simple and easy with local management. We would definitely stay again!

Cape pool home

The location is perfect and the pool and canal make for a beautiful view. The home is nice but I would have preferred different living room furniture. The couch was not real comfortable.

Our stay

It was the cleanest place we’ve stayed in the 12 years we’ve rented.Your manager was excellent as good as we’ve had.Some things we noticed was no fans in the bathrooms also a chair or two in the living room would be nice. The only disappointment was we’ve never had to pay extra for 4 people. Overall a pretty good experience.Thank you.

Great property but next to LOUD intersection

This is a great stay and the housekeeper was great and we were able to get in a tad early. We ended up leaving early because the stoplight next to the property was unbearable. When people stopped you could hear their loud music, engines revving, horns honking….not very relaxing at all. If that doesn’t bother you- a great stay. If you want peace and quiet, go elsewhere.
