Additionally, please be aware that there is an HOA (Homeowners Association) rule that restricts children under 12 from staying in the apartment. We understand that this may affect families with young children, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

We understand the love for pets, as we have our own furry companions. However, we want to inform you that the condo rules are very strict, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. These rules are set by the HOA, and as owners, we must adhere to them.

We genuinely apologize for any limitations this may impose on your stay.
