PET FEES: Refundable after completion of stay provided service animal behaves in a manner consistent with trained support animals, AND no damage observed in property. Fee will be reimbursed by owner, or prompt response outlining cause for retaining fee will be given.

Good location

The condo is clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. It was located right next to the beach. The building itself is under construction.

I got the wrong was a mess, well a mess is understatement.. I got there during check-in time and I wasn’t even able to see the room until six at night and it still wasn’t clean granite. I was gifted a temporary room by the host and he bought me pizza however after that night. I was stuck he originally found someone that I could rent a room from however I end up paying 800 more which I really wasn’t expecting to do. I was told that the price would cross over to the new room but later on the new host told me differently so even though I paid everything upfront, I end up having to pay weekly after a month and I paid for six weeks. I wasn’t even gonna make a review, however.
