Centrally located cottage within Abilene. Near Downtown, the SoDA area and McMurry University. This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. An open living/dining area with a comfy couch, large TV, fast WiFi, and a desk area. Full kitchen with all of your cooking needs available. Great for a small family, couples getaway or a business trip. We live local and are happy to help and recommend local attractions.

Guest are welcome to the entire house.
The back yard is shared space with a second rental property (a small detached garage apartment). If you choose to play or walk in the grass, please note we are fighting a sticker problem and the stickers love your shoes. Please do not park in or block the driveway to the left of the house. This driveway is parking for the garage apartment unit.

Please do not block our neighbors driveways.
Other things to note
Please note that while most Airbnbs allow service or support animals on their property we do NOT due to the health and safety of one of our owners and cleaning staff.

We are in a neighborhood, near downtown. There is normal noise of dogs, ambulances, etc.

There is a second rental unit on the property, a small detached garage apartment. The driveway is reserved for their parking. The backyard is shared space with those tenants. The main house is all yours!

In the living/dining space there is a small dining table with 2 chairs. While the house can easily accommodate 4 people, it would not be ideal or possible for all 4 to eat at the dining table. We do provide additional TV trays for guest to eat at the couch!

We welcome infants and children but please know we do not offer any type of play pen or bed for infants/toddlers.

This home is located in an old historic neighborhood. There is charm and history in the area. This is not a new build/subdivision kind of neighborhood. The home has been recently remodeled but is still an old home with lots of originality. The home is on a regular maintance schedule and a place we show a lot of love to between guest. We can not guarantee perfection but we do promise to address any issues as quick as we know about them. Most issues can be resolved quickly as long as we know and are given the opportunity.
