Beautiful, large Victorian in the heart of the historic district. Tastefully remodeled into 4, quality studio apartments. Plenty of private, off street parking. A short walk down the tree lined streets, brings you to one of the oldest public parks in Colorado. Mineral Palace is perfect for dog walks and relaxation. Grand Ave. leads into the heart of Pueblo and the city spreads before you as you head down into town. A wonderful RiverWalk with restaurants and shops await. There Arkansas river is just few more blocks away, with kayak courses and a riding trail, as well as great fishing and wildlife.

Great place!!!

My husband and I really liked the neighborhood, and the fact that it is an old Victorian home that has been renovated. It is clean, spacious enough and comfortable. It is also very close to Pueblo downtown and to the i25 and highway 50. Very convenient location.,
