After a long day out, at the beach or on the mountain you may want to sit back and relax in the private hot tub. This home has two full kitchens and plenty of comfortable space for all guests. On the first level of this home you will find one of the four bedrooms with a queen bed, on the second level will be the three remaining bedrooms and a bonus room with bed arrangements as well. Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (18 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (9 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful sandy lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.

Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
