Located in the middle of pleasure island, the property provides easy access to experience all that Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and Fort Fisher have to offer. With luxury amenities and space for everyone to kick back and relax, Surfer's Paradise will become a place you'll never want to leave!

For those with larger parties we also have the unit next door for the ability to sleep 16.
The space
Situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk or bike to the beach is this brand new townhouse! 0.4 mile walk straight down the street through a nice neighborhood to the beach and 1 block from the island greenway! The greenway ends at Mike Chapell Park with a skate park, playground, basketball courts, pickle ball courts and soccer fields. (The greenway also allows you to walk or bike to the center of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach without having to ride or walk on the main road!)

This home is part of a duplex, two homes side by side. The home has a private entrance and none of the spaces are shared. By reserving this home, you will have access to the Searay Lane side of the building.

INTERIOR- First Floor
On the first level is a relaxing bohemian living room with 55 inch TV tucked away for kids to play or for a quiet place to read and relax. Off the living room is access to the completely fenced patio through a glass door. Two bedrooms reside on this level; one with a king sized bed. The other bedroom has a queen bunk bed with a twin XL on top and a roll away twin cot in the closet. There is a full bath with a tub/shower and a full sized washer/dryer on this level. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryer. Access to the one car garage is available from inside.

INTERIOR- Second Floor
Just up the stairs, you will find the perfect gathering space with a living/dining room with fully stocked kitchen for cooking. This space is open, airy and full of natural light with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has a huge bar for relaxing and cooking family meals, glass doors access a patio perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a book!
Beside the living room is a half bath and entrance to the beautiful master suite with luxury walk-in glass shower, double vanity, and spacious walk-in closet (large enough for a pack-in-play for baby). There is access to the patio via sliding glass doors in the master bedroom.
