This was the perfect place for my family to stay while celebrating our wedding on Kauai! The host provided clear instructions for everything and shared many thoughtful local recommendations. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming — we loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave.

We needed a house that slept 8 for a family vacation- and it was a wonderful choice. Very clean, big kitchen, huge backyard and four bathrooms really kept everyone happy. Beach gear and beach towels were really appreciated. Wonderful. Highly recommended.

This was a great property that really balanced comfort and relaxation with having everything we needed. In addition to the house and property being great, it was also very convenient that Hanalei is just a quick drive away, and local amenities are even walkable.

This was a beautiful home with high end furnishings in a lovely neighborhood. We especially loved the kitchen, back patio, and expansive back yard. The host and property manager were very accommodating. Would love to book again.

A Wonderful Relaxing Stay

A modern stay with lots of family friendly amenities and activities to keep you busy. Great location with lots of yard space. Very well stocked kitchen with spices and cooking utensils. Amazing showers!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is high end, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you may need and more during your stay. And Chris was welcoming and always available to answer questions. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Kauai fun

Awesome Hale! Perfect place to stay for our group! Everyone loved their individual rooms and the layout of the house is perfect. Great location in Princeville with easy access to everything on the island. Definitely recommend staying at this spot/house!!

Fabulous stay

This was a fantastic house. Well appointed with everything you might need. Extremely well managed between the owner (direct contact) and the on-site property manager who lives just a few blocks away.

This is a very well stocked with kitchen appliances and tools as well as beach gear. The location is excellent in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back patio, which had plenty of furniture. The manager was very responsive to our only question. One suggestion would be to make sure the instruction book in the house and the welcome email are aligned (e.g., the welcome email had outdated wifi instructions).One item to note for any would-be renters: The third bedroom is only accessible via the atrium. To be fair, the property description notes that it offers an external entrance. But it ONLY has an external entrance. We are a family with three kids and none of them felt comfortable being separated from the rest of the family in the third bedroom, which made sleeping arrangements less ideal. This is worthy of consideration if you have a similar situation.Bottom line: For the right family/group, this is a great property with a good host.

Cozy and feels like home

This house was great for our family. It is in a great location and has an amazing backyard. My family especially enjoyed the bocce ball and fishing pond in the evening. We were able to quickly settle in and the furnishings and amenities in the house made us feel like we were home! Definitely would book this home again!

Amazing property

This property is pristine! Ideally located, close to everything but you will feel like you are in your own little world because it backs up to a seldom used disc golf course. The house is set up perfect for families or groups of couples. Furnished and decorated exquisitely; it has a homey feel with luxury details. I would stay there again and again.

Lovely, comfortable home on golf course

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Property has lovely view out the back of a seldom used disc golf course. House was spacious and well appointed. We cooked most of our meals there. Property is well located to both Princeville and Hanalei. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home!

We were very impressed by the home. The owner has obviously spent a lot of time and effort to make it feel like a home away from home. Top end appliances, full kitchen needs (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, flatware), plenty of beach towels and anything you could think of for a day (or 10) at the beach. Ema was always in contact us to check in, and the property manager Chris did a great job of showing us everything we needed to know about the home. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property!

This home is spectacular! Everything you could possibly need and want. Feels like a home, not a rental. We appreciated all the details and conveniences and would have loved to stay longer! Felt the Aloha. Truly a relaxing home away from home.

How lucky are we that we found this beautiful home! We searched and couldn’t have found a better place. We can’t wait to come back. I've been visiting Kauai for 30+ years and this is one of the best places we've stayed. We had such an easy time booking this lovely house. The communication from owners was so fast. My wife and I loved everything about it. The beds were really comfortable, It was very clean and it was in a quiet location on a cut de sac, the best part is the open space and quick access to walking paths, and the views. The parking was easy, and the amenities were top quality! It was so much better than a hotel. If you’re looking for a truly wonderful experience to look anywhere else.

A beautiful family-friendly spot and host!

The house was beautiful and well equipped for adults and kids alike -- from the kid-friendly bibs/plates/silverware to the milk frother and vitamix. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and eager to ensure we had what we needed and answered any questions we had. The design details throughout the house were beautiful. We enjoyed a meal outdoors, drank coffee on the outdoor furniture and our kids enjoyed the big backyard. The house and yard were equipped with games and toys and plenty of things to entertain ourselves with. The house was within walking distance to the Princeville shopping center as well as the farmers market and a park. All in all it was a great house, location, and hosts for our week in Kauai!
