Large (970sqft) Luxury 1 bedroom town house, with NO STEPS and attached garage. Located just 2 miles south of Sioux Falls in a very safe, private and quiet area in Tea, it was just completely remodeled and updated. Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. It includes:

No sales tax on stays over 28 days!
Fully furnished with the furniture you see in the pictures.
Very private 8ft X 20ft screened in deck with furniture and gas BBQ
High speed wireless internet
TV's in the living room and bedroom with DVR and 112 channels from Hulu live Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, Paramount Plus, and other streaming services all included
All full size appliances including; fridge with ice and water dispenser, self-cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher

My Mom and I stayed at Marks from Dec. to March.The apartment was quite,very clean and stayed very warm in the cold weather.We enjoyed having a garage too.The neighborhood was very nice too.

Home Away From Home

This VRBO has everything you need in a home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry. Perfect size for 2 people. The townhouse is an open floor concept with everything laid out perfectly. The bedroom is a great size with a comfortable bed and room darkening shades. The bathroom is a decent size and includes a shower/tub combo. One of the most enjoyable features of the property is the screened in porch. Many evenings were spent on it enjoying the end of the day. The VRBO host lives next door and ensured a very comfortable stay. Mark was very pleasant to speak with and allowed us to enjoy his freshly picked raspberries, blackberries, and plums. What a treat! The townhouse is located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The subdivision is easily walkable, which made for a nice way to start a day. I highly recommend staying and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
