Four (4) bedroom, three (3) FULL bathroom in North Port ready for your next vacation. Home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Bring the whole family, with plenty of space to sleep up to 10 people(6 adult and 4 kids)!
Approx 1 mile to warm mineral springs, and near shopping, stores,bazaar, and
restaurants. Two car garage and large driveway - don't worry about parking and having space to load and unload the family. Approx 25 min drive to Manasota beach, 6 min to Aquatic Center.

It was a good location for visiting the Braves spring training park. The kitchen was very well stocked and the property was very clean. It would have been nice to have a dresser in each bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and welcoming home. The layout was perfect for our group, four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. One bedroom had two twin beds for my daughters, my husband and I stayed in the master, and the other two bedrooms had queen beds that worked perfectly for the other dance moms and their daughters.We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition, and the location couldn’t have been better, just five minutes from North Port High School. The house had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long competition days.Staying together with the other dance moms made the experience even more special. We were able to bond, unwind, and truly enjoy the time together. This home felt like a perfect fit for our trip, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. Its was extremely clean and well equipped Kitchen like i have not seen before. Whoever cleans this place, is the best cleaning agent i Florida. Host is easy to get a hold of. Clean, new, great place!

Came for Braves spring training and this was really close. It's new, very clean, well appointed and would be great for a large group. Only one TV in house so be aware and bring iPads, etc if you need a TV to go to sleep with(like myself). We were really happy and the owner was really great to work with. Would stay again.

This house was amazing! It was enough space for my family and was beautiful. Each room was spacious and loved the hang out area upstairs. Wish there was tv but with a family like mine we made it a game night and had fun. Thank you so much for letting us rent your house. Hope there’s another time we can do it again.

Cozy- like new, with a great location - family friendly

Very clean, family friendly with a greal location, easy access to major roads, restaurants, shops.The host was very responsive in a timely manner. Kitchen well stocked. Being new there are some needs for additional furniture. Amenities indicate a Hot Tub (not there). $$$ wise no better deal for this much room. Next time we are in the area, this is property we will be looking for. A plus is the security light on the garage - make locating in the dark of night easy in a community setting. Will be back!

Absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of room for our family and had everything we needed. Only thing it didn't have was a cookie sheet and a can opener but we made it work. Lol! It was close enough to everything we went to. Host was very responsive and the neighborhood was very nice. Back yard was plenty big enough for the kids to play outside. I even liked how they had some beach chairs and a wagon to use. We didn't have room for our chairs so that made it easy. Definitely recommend this house and will definitely stay here in the future.
