Beautifully Landscaped Private Pool Home

Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home with a private and extensively landscaped backyard including a heated pool on a 1/2 acre lot. Great South Florida location. Our home is well appointed and continually being upgraded. Travertine floors, upgraded and well appointed Kitchen. The pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine from mid-morning through the rest of the day including views of beautiful sunsets. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to the pool area. Large ensuite with soaking tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool. 3rd Bedroom includes two twins right next to the third full bathroom. The large open living area with walkout to pool and 65"4K Television/Home entertainment system and High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home as is cable tv. Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. 2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa. We took a family trip at the end of October and had a wonderful experience staying here. The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was perfect for walking or biking. What we enjoyed the most was the pool and outdoor area. We spent most of our vacation at the house because it was so comfortable and private. The host was available for questions and always responded quickly. If we ever visit this part of Florida again I would positively stay here again.

Perfect New Year's getaway

Stunning private three bedroom home!

This house was beautiful, private, spacious and clean. It was close to shopping, beaches and other tourist attractions. The house is very well looked after and equipped. There was lots of wild life and it was very well kept landscaping wise which made for beautiful scenery. We stayed for two weeks and would love to rent the house again!

Beautiful home and great location

I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to stay there. The pool was absolutely wonderful, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. The booking process, checking in and out was very easy. I would give this home and process twelve stars out of 10.

Beautiful property

This is a very comfortable home stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool and lanai area and the landscaping is gorgeous. Very quiet area but not far to shops and restaurants on Tamiami and not far from Punta Gorda. We saw a turtle, possum, and a bobcat Mom passed thru the yard with her two babies. We can’t wait to come back in August!

The property was everything we expected was awesome. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating. You didn't get to use the pool. It hardly used anything actually, but we really enjoyed. A filthright home away from home for us.

Gorgeous house in a quiet neighborhood

House was amazing in a quiet neighborhood, short distance from grocery stores and take out restaurants. Property manager was quick to respond when we called on arrival - our door code didn’t work. He got us into the quickly and responded quickly a few days later when we called about pool pump not working. We greatly appreciated the DVD selection- particularly Game of Thrones box set when Tropical Storm Eta came through. (You are missing disc 3 of season 3) Only downside is that a house was built in the lot directly behind pool this summer, so not as much privacy as we expected. Overall, a great place to stay, thank you Nadine for letting us stay!

My wife and I stayed at this house for our wedding anniversary last year and we enjoyed it so much we decided to bring the children down so they could enjoy it as well. House is maintained well and has everything you would have at your own home and then some. We love the screened in pool and patio the children spent most of their time out there. NO NEED TO LEAVE THIS HOUSE!

EVERYTHING you need for a vacation soaking up the sun is at this house. Get you some groceries and settle in down here for the week like we did. There's no need to leave this house!! The house had every creature comfort you can think of, was beautifully furnished throughout with quality furniture, and was so nice and private. We so enjoyed the extra large main bedroom with the patio access and mornings with coffee on the patio. Nadine was so kind and helpful, super attentive to any message I sent her and we truly cannot wait to come back down here again to escape the northern cold. My husband and I love to travel and this is by far our favorite home we've stayed in. Thanks for sharing, Nadine!

Perfect Place

Even though we couldnt swim most of our stay and we had ac problems, the house was perfect for our family. Anything you could need in a kitchen was there. Games, puzzles, speakers for music, and so much more. We even added a pool float and some puzzles to the collection so other guests can enjoy them as well. The location was so quiet and perfect for being away from the chaos and hustle and bustle of Florida. The landscaping was immaculate! Perfect for photo sessions. We would recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future.
