Gorgeous Captiva Villa, formerly known as Tennis Villa, featuring a spacious master quarters with Posturepedic bed, a well appointed living area with ample seating and a flatscreen TV, and a robust kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Enjoy proximity to all Captiva has to offer while also being close to downtown Captiva, full of opportunities for adventure and relaxation.



The Space:

This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. The unit was recently upgraded with a walk-in shower and high end furniture in the living room.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches less than a minute from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.

The Neighborhood:

This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches all within feet of their residence!



Getting Around:

Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are used to vrbos with instructions when we there and things working properly

The unit was conveniently located near the beach . The bed was comfortable . The unit could use more dishes,potholders and utensils that could be used for the grill outside. They were extremely responsive to all questions and a couple of minor issues.

Red Tide

Unfortunately, the Red Tide with all of the dead fish on shore made the beach less than appealing. We rented bikes, explored and enjoyed the pool. The construction was expected because of the hurricane devastation. We made the best of our stay, but it’ll be a few years before we return.

Tennis Villas Captiva Is FL

The unit itself is comfortable and clean. However there is heavy duty construction going on all day and the property is located too far away from places we wanted to visit.Unable to find outside trash receptacle whem checking out so we left the trash bagged up in yhe kitchen.

Captiva stay

Terrible location in that lanai overlooked a very noisy construction site. Construction noise all day starting at 7am each day. Elevator not working so need to bring luggage and items up flight of stairs. Lost water to unit for 3 hours so had to contact host about that. Pool had algae all over bottom and contacted host about that. Would not recommend this rental. Best thing was unit was kept clean.
