Brand New with Tiled Flooring and an Upgraded Furniture Package, this Townhome boasts both class and fun including Flat Screen TVS with cable in all bedrooms and a private Splash Pool. The downstairs open floor plan offers a Dining area with seating for 6, Breakfast Bar seating for 4, reclined sofa, 55 inches Flat Screen Smart Tv, modern kitchen. So all your gatherings can be very social! Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances and upgraded Small Appliances make cooking in this Kitchen a pleasure. You also have a plenty of Dinnerware, Cookware, and Silverware along with all the Kitchen Utensils you can imagine.

This property was perfect for our family. The only issues were the gate didn’t work well. Often people had to enter through the exit because the code box wasn’t working. Also, the front door often jammed and it was difficult to enter the residence with the entry code. Aside from that, the house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful trip.

The management company was very nice and responsive. They promptly addressed my concerns and even came out to remove a carpet after I mentioned the allergy issue. However, I did have some challenges with my stay. On the day of check-in, I needed to reach out to get my rental information, and when they responded, they mistakenly addressed me by another person’s name, which was a bit confusing.My main concern was that I specifically searched for a pet-free property due to my allergies. Unfortunately, the rental did have signs of pets — I noticed hair on the couch, beds, and carpet, as well as a strong odor in the hallway. This triggered my allergies and made it difficult to stay, so I ended up leaving early. I end up paying 470 for a stay less than 24 hours. I’ve stayed at many properties in Storey Lake and always enjoyed them, but this particular experience wasn’t the same. I do wish the listing had been clearer about pets, especially for guests with sensitivities. While management was kind, I would advise future guests with allergies to double-check before booking.
