An amazing Villa.Communication was great.The villa is a perfect location to the shops, restaurants and parks.We could see the fireworks from the pool, which was fantastic.Would love to stay here again.

Kissimmee Home

Great location to everything, very nice home. Loved the pool and Jacuzzi every morning and night. Even though shopping and restaurants were very close the traffic was very manageable. Would gladly stay here again.

Cozy place

The stay was great, nice pool and heated jacuzzi was amazing! Comfy beds, clean and cozy. The only reason I give 4 starts is that the checking in was a little complicated and confusing with the alarm system. But the host communicated perfectly and answers all the questions, the shower was broken too upon arrival and host was ready to fix everything asap.Thank you for the hospitality!

Girls get away

House was very clean and hot tub was wonderful. Battery died in one smoke detector and the owner came immediately after called and switched it out. Couldn’t ask for more. Very spacious home. I would recommend staying here. The convenience to local attractions and shops was close and easy.

Nice comfy stay

Amir was very attentive! The property was exactly as listed. We enjoyed our short stay while going to Universal. Location is perfect! Any issue we had, Amir took care of immediately. We have rented many homes and I have never had such care and concern as Amir had shown. We definitely will be back!!

My 1st Rental. PROCESS NICE & simple.. The home was clean and actually looks better than the stock photos fully furnished with dishes ect. We will be back.

Great Stay!

I am a very cautious person and like to make sure I'm not going to get any unnecessary surprises. This stay exceeded my expectations! Communication with the owner was great, the house and location were perfect for what we needed! It is an easy and quick drive to Disney. The house is in a safe and quiet location but close to anything that you may need. We filled it up with 12 people but still had plenty of room so it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We had a quick 2 night stay so we didn't get a chance to enjoy everything there was to offer but it was exactly what we needed. You won't be disappointed....go ahead and book it!

Absolutly wonderful with only one major problem

We absolutely loved this property and had an amazing time enjoying the pool and game room. After staying here, we don't see ourselves staying on Disney property again because a house such as this offers so much more freedom and truly feels like a vacation! The house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive.The only issue we encountered was discovering on Tuesday that the refrigerator wasn't working. We initially suspected something was wrong when our ice cream never fully froze. I did not want to complain (which is partially on me) but by Tuesday, I discovered the milk we bought on Saturday night had completely spoiled, and I had to say something. Amir came the next day to check it out and deliver a missing billiards ball as well as make some repairs on the house, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem. He was unable to schedule someone to diagnose it, so we had to make do by packing the fridge with what we could from the freezer. Sadly, we lost a lot of food and didn't have any cold beer/drinks for the trip, which was quite disappointing.I just wish this issue could have been resolved quicker, like maybe not waiting on a repair man and providing a replacement, especially since we only had a week to enjoy the house as do most guests. This is really the only thing I would have changed if I could, I took one star off because of this.

We stayed at Tinkerbell’s Castle in Kissimmee so we could be close to a family birthday party for my 92 year old mother. We all loved the house. It was so roomy for the 7 of us! The kids LOVED to swim in the pool and hot tub. Everything was immaculately clean. Highly recommend this property!

Such a perfect house for our girls’ weekend! The home is inviting and comfortable, with a super cool play area in the garage and a pool and hot tub for easy relaxation. Safety features like the gate and alarm are great, especially if you’re traveling with little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the location couldn’t be better and just minutes from Disney, shopping, restaurants, and more. Check-in was simple with clear directions, and we felt extra secure with the house alarm. The neighborhood is quiet, well-kept, and surrounded by beautiful homes. Host was so helpful and friendly. Will be booking again soon.

Perfect for family
