Great location close to all the shopping and restaurants in downtown Maquoketa. You have all the amenities that you will need to relax and enjoy your stay! Our 3 bedroom and 2 full bath updated home offers a fully equipped kitchen, front porch swing for enjoying your morning coffee, a furnished deck with a grill, and two living room areas to relax.

THE SPACE
1,700 Sq Ft on two floors. Completely renovated historic home with original hardwood floors, all new kitchen and baths, central heating and air-conditioning. It is in a central location to walk just two blocks to downtown's Main Street, and only 10 minutes drive from the Maquoketa Caves State Park.

BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with Queen beds. Extra pillows and blankets. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. New carpeting in all bedrooms.

BATHROOMS: 2 full baths with large vanity and walk in shower with glass doors, one on each level. Complimentary toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion), hair dryers.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV in the main living room with sofa and chairs to relax. Front parlor room with wing back chairs, comfy swivel seat in bay window and vintage fireplace. Beautiful original hardwood floors with area rugs. Dining room features seating for 6.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with regular coffee maker with complimentary local Spelunker Coffee Company coffee to get your stay started, cooking utensils, dishware & flatware, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, and toaster. Casual seating for 4 at the butcher block breakfast bar.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large deck with dining table, gas grill, and large yard backing up to city green space. Front porch includes charming porch swing.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, large laundry room, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will access the property through a keyless smart lock on the back door on the rear deck. You will have access to the entire home.
