Owl House

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Owl House. This was the perfect ski house. Great location, and perfect setup of home for a fun time with family. The jacuzzi was wonderful for apres ski fun. Would definitely recommend for families or groups for a fun weekend.

The Owl House - The place to stay when in killington

House was fantastic. 2 big bedrooms for adults. 2 big bunkhouse rooms with bunks for lots. Hot tub was perfect way to cap of each night on slopes.

Great stay, Scott was very responsive, never taking more than a minute to respond to questions. Gave a lot of information about the surrounding area including food choices and rental options. The house was perfect. Photos do not do it justice. We had an ice storm and snow daily while we were there but driveway was treated and we never had an issue getting in or out of the property. Location was close to walk to the free shuttle and the surrounding restaurants. House and host were both excellent.

Weekend Ski Trip

We had a great time at the owl house! Scott’s place was the perfect setup for our ski weekend. We loved using the hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. Scott was very responsive and helped us get settled in. Restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance and we would definitely come back for a group ski trip again in the future.

Great Location and Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was perfect for a group of friends on a ski trip. The house was spotless, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early so I could work remotely after arriving in town ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated.The location was unbeatable—just a 5-minute drive to Killington Mountain, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights after long days on the slopes, and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway near Killington.

Fantastic!

We had a great time at Scott's house. Really nice, setup with everything we needed and super close to the mountain. For our first time at Killington it was great to be in such a great location and such a comfortable house!

Perfect House for Boys Snowboard Weekend

This house made for a perfect boys weekend. It was so amazing to soak in the tub & hang in the sauna with some brews after a couple long days on the slope. The house had plenty of room for 10 of us. Everyone had their own bed and we enjoyed hanging out in the propane heated garage playing darts, foosball, and other games. The house was only a few minutes walk to the some of the restaurants and bars in town and only about a 5 minute drive to the base parking lot. Firewood was provided for the fireplace and Scott was super responsive and welcoming via text and calls. Couldn't have been better. Pictures don't do it justice. This place is the perfect ski chalet in Killington.

A great weekend!

We had a great time at the owl house! The location is VERY convenient and the amenities are great! We would definitely come again. Scott did a great job communicating with me regarding all questions and concerns and was very helpful and quick to respond. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants which was helpful for apres ski!

Owl House was perfect for our first trip to Killington!

Killington exceeded our expectations even with less snow than normal. We loved the skiing, restaurants, views, shops, gondola, and the Owl House. Hot tub, darts, and sauna were all a plus. My family and friends had the BEST time. The owner is great to communicate with about any needs. We hope to be back again!

Great house and host!!

The "Owl House" was the perfect house for a long weekend getaway for our group! The location is exceptional and Scott was super responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. The house couldn't be better located and I would definitely stay again!

The Owl House was a fantastic stay

My husband and I, as well as our family/friends had a fantastic stay at the Owl House. We really appreciated the hosts ( Scott and Genevieve) amazing hospitality. From the very beginning at booking, check-in, and check-out they were quick in communication and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and take out options too given the current COVID environment. I really appreciated how helpful they were answering my questions given current travel impacts in the area too. The house itself, is fantastic for 8-10 people both family and friends, you will have plenty of space during your stay. We really enjoyed the spa/hot tub, sauna, and Foosball table too for some apres ski. You are less than five minutes from Killington mountain - location can’t be beat. The house is incredibly clean, and well stocked with cooking staples in the event you wanted to cook at home. You have access to great WiFi, streaming services too in the event you want to just hang out at the house. We also loved that they had a Sonos music system that you could play music throughout the house, just a fun extra perk of the home. I would absolutely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it and we look forward to booking again when we are back in Vermont area. Additionally, I think the house is a great value too for your money. We stayed during peak season and I looked at multiple places, I think the Owl House, with location, amenities and hospitality make it a standout place to stay.

Scott is the MAN! 10/10 on the stay

Place is the best. Definitely built for a large group of people to stay and have a great time. Awesome location to the mountain and all the bars/restaurants. Plenty of beds so everyone can sleep comfortably and the hot tub was 10/10 awesome. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Defintely will be back at this place for the next few years.

Great stay at the Owl House!

The size of the house was perfect for our group of 8...including everyone being able to fit in the large hot tub at once! The living area and fireplace was very cozy. Location was extremely convenient to the mountain, groceries, ski shops, and restaurants. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Scott!

Killington ski lodge

This property exceeded my expectations. It was way nicer in person than the photos of the place suggested. The garage was converted into a bachelor pad with an enclosed 8 person hot tub with red lights and a bar area to fix drinks and play darts. It could easily sleep 14 people, so it was perfect for a ski get-away with a big group of friends. There are two full bathrooms (one with a sauna) and a half bathroom with toilet/sink in the master bedroom. It’s a close walk to the downtown strip if you want to go out for dinner/drinks (0.5 miles from wobbly barn, which was less than a 10 min walk), and the kitchen was fully stocked for making meals at home. The place also has a grill on a huge deck, so we stayed in and made burgers out there one night, which was an awesome experience. All in all we had a wonderful time at the Owl House and would definitely stay there again. The owner Scott was also super friendly and easy to reach by phone/text.

Great Property

We were completely happy with our stay at Owl House. It is ideally located for both nightlife and skiing. It is a large house perfectly suited to our group of two families with lots of teens. Everyone enjoyed the big enclosed hot tub, foosball table, fireplace, and big comfortable sofas with plenty of soft throws. We only ate in for breakfast, but kitchen had been remodeled with new appliances. Only thing we couldn’t find was a kettle. We would definitely stay again. Scott was very responsive as a host and checked in the first night to make sure we got in ok and to answer any questions.

Great House!

Recently had a ski weekend with a bunch of friends from home and the house was perfect for us. Close to the mountain and close to the night life! Scott was a great host and quick to respond with any questions I had for checking in, during the stay and with checkout. Highly recommend the Owl House!!
